Privacy Policy

This app is operated by an individual ice-hockey coach for the purpose of managing a youth or amateur ice-hockey team. Data controller: the coach who created the account. For data requests, contact: kristiana@solcraft.lv

• Coach account: name, email address, password (hashed by Supabase Auth)
• Parent accounts: username (synthetic internal email, never shared with parent), password (hashed)
• Players: name, jersey number, birth year, position, parental consent record — no email or contact details for minors
• Session logs: attendance, discipline notes, evaluation scores, focus notes
• Games: scores and game dates
• Consent record: timestamp of when you accepted this policy

Data is processed under legitimate interest (team management) and explicit consent recorded at account creation. Player records are managed by the coach as the authorised data processor. Parents are the account holders for their children's data — no direct accounts are created for minors under 14.

All data is stored in the European Union on Supabase (EU region, Ireland). No data is transferred outside the EU. Supabase processes data under a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in compliance with GDPR Article 28. Row-level security (RLS) ensures each account can only access its own data.

On youth teams, players are typically minors. No email addresses or direct contact details for minors are collected. The coach is responsible for obtaining verifiable parental consent before adding a player under 14 to the roster. Parent accounts are held by the parent/guardian, not the child. Players may create their own accounts at age 14 in accordance with Latvia's digital consent age. This section does not apply to Professional or Amateur teams, whose players are adults.

Data is retained for the duration of the team's active seasons and up to 2 years after the last activity. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Account settings page after logging in. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
